The program aims to empower professionals responsible for organizing nutrition in educational institutions with professional planning, organization, and improvement of organized nutrition systems. Participants will enhance their understanding of the nutritional needs of children and adolescents, legislative and organizational requirements, and gain practical knowledge for effective implementation of organized nutrition in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.
12-hour program includes three modules:
✅ Comprehensive management of organized nutrition in educational institutions.
✅ Guidelines for nutrition in educational institutions and menu planning.
✅ Public procurement of food and/or prepared meals.

Registration in the KATIS system.
